The names of award recipients will be shared with the Australian Government Department of Education and the Office of the Federal Minister for Education for purposes associated with the administration, recognition and promotion of the awards.

Personal information is held in both paper-based files and computer storage facilities for no more than 7 years. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information which we collect, hold and disclose is accurate, complete and up to date.
